Drilling Contracts Sample Clauses

Drilling Contracts. All ▇▇▇▇▇ drilled on the Contract Area shall be drilled on a competitive contract basis at the usual rates prevailing in the area. If it so desires, Operator may employ its own tools and equipment in the drilling of ▇▇▇▇▇, but its charges therefore shall not exceed the prevailing rates in the area and the rates of such charges shall be agreed upon by the parties in writing before drilling operations are commenced, and such work shall be performed by Operator under the same terms and conditions as are customary and usual in the area in contracts of independent contracts who are doing work of similar nature.

Drilling Contracts. All rights under drilling contracts under which Seller has agreed to provide drilling services to a third party including drilling contracts for which drilling services have been commenced by Seller prior to but have not been completed by Seller as of the Effective Time including, without limitation, the Contracts described in Schedule 3;

Drilling Contracts. Each Drilling, Deepening, Plugging Back, or Completing operation conducted hereunder, and not performed by Unit Operator with its own equipment in accordance with Section 15.5, shall be performed by a reputable drilling contractor having suitable equipment and personnel, under written contract between Unit Operator and the contractor, at the most favorable rates and on the most favorable terms and conditions bid, if bids were obtained, but otherwise at rates and on terms and conditions receiving the Approval of the Parties.
