Drug and Alcohol Policy; Harassment. A. Supplier shall ensure that it has or will develop a drug and alcohol policy substantially similar to that of Mosaic’s Fit for Duty Program Canada (the “Policy”). Supplier further ensures that Supplier’s Affiliates will comply with the Policy when working on Mosaic’s premises or for Mosaic at any location and that Supplier shall be responsible for compliance to such Policy by Supplier’s Affiliates. Any violation of the Policy by Supplier or Supplier’s Affiliates may result in Supplier or the Supplier Affiliate(s) being removed or barred from Mosaic’s premises and may result in termination of this Agreement, at the sole option of Mosaic. Mosaic requires all Supplier Affiliates to comply with this Policy, including drug and alcohol testing, as a condition of entry on to Mosaic’s premises.

  • DRUG & ALCOHOL POLICY The parties agree that employees represented by this Agreement shall be free from the influence of drugs and/or alcohol while at work. The Agency's Drug/Alcohol Policy will be adhered to by such employees.

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL FREE WORKPLACE 20.1 All employees must report to work in a condition fit to perform their assigned duties unimpaired by alcohol or drugs.

  • Alcohol Policy Residents are required to abide by all New York State and New York University regulations regarding the use of alcohol. In residence halls, persons under the age of 21 may not be in the presence of alcohol or alcoholic beverage containers. Students (including residents and non- residential students), and guests who are of legal drinking age (21 years of age or older) may possess and consume alcoholic beverages (referred herein “alcohol”) within NYU residence halls in accordance with the following:

  • DRUG AND ALCOHOL TESTING Employees may be tested for drugs and/or alcohol pursuant to the provisions of the Employer's Drug and Alcohol Testing Policy which is attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement as if more fully set forth herein.

  • Bullying and Harassment Neither DFMC nor you will engage in behaviour that is, or may be reasonably considered to be, intimidating, bullying or harassing or commit any act or behaviour which is offensive or abusive in connection with this Contract. If you are in breach of this clause, DFMC may suspend the collection of your milk for a period of 5 days or until such time as DFMC determines (acting reasonably) that the behaviour has been rectified.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing Permitted Testing is permitted where the Employer has reasonable suspicion to believe.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Workplace Safety Insurance 6.1 For the purposes of Article 41.2 (Workplace Safety & Insurance) of the Central Collective Agreement “sixty-five (65) working days” shall be deemed to be (471¼ or 520) hours.

  • Sexual Harassment Policy The Contractor and all Subcontractors must have a written sexual harassment prevention policy addressing sexual harassment in the workplace and must provide annual sexual harassment training to all employees.
