Common use of Drug-Free Awareness Program Clause in Contracts

Drug-Free Awareness Program. Developer shall establish a drug-free awareness program to inform employees about all of the following: i. The dangers of drug abuse in the work place. ii. The policy of maintaining a drug free work place. iii. Available drug counseling, rehabilitation, and employee assistance programs. iv. The penalties that may be imposed upon employees for drug abuse violations. v. In addition to Section 10.A above, the Developer shall post the drug-free policy in a prominent place.
