Common use of Drug-Free Workplace Clause in Contracts

Drug-Free Workplace. During the performance of this contract, the Contractor agrees to (i) provide a drug-free workplace for the Contractor's employees; (ii) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the Contractor's workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor that the Contractor maintains a drug-free workplace; and (iv) include the provisions of the foregoing clauses in every subcontract or purchase order of over $10,000, so that the provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or Contractor.

During the performance of this contract, the Agreement: 1) The Contractor agrees to (i) will provide a drug-free workplace for the Contractor's ’s employees; (ii. 2) The Contractor will post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the Contractor's ’s workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; (iii. 3) The Contractor will state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor that the Contractor maintains a drug-free workplace; and (iv) . B. The Contractor will include the provisions of the foregoing clauses paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 in every subcontract or purchase order of over $10,00010,000.00, so that the provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or Contractorvendor.

During the performance of this contractContract, the Contractor Engineer agrees to to: (i) provide a drug-free workplace for the ContractorEngineer's employees; (ii) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the Contractorcontractor's workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor Engineer that the Contractor Engineer maintains a drug-free workplace; and and, (iv) include the provisions of the foregoing clauses in every subcontract or purchase order of over $10,000, 10,000.00 so that the provisions will be binding upon each such subcontractor or Contractorvendor.

During the performance of this contractContract, the Contractor Provider agrees to (i) provide a drug-free workplace for the Contractorcontractor's employees; (ii) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the Contractorcontractor's workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor Provider that the Contractor Provider maintains a drug-free workplace; and (iv) include the provisions of the foregoing clauses in every subcontract or purchase order of over $10,000, so that the provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or Contractor.

During the performance of this contractAgreement, the Contractor Operator agrees to (i) provide a drug-free workplace for the ContractorOperator's employees; (ii) post in conspicuous places, available to employees and applicants for employment, a statement notifying employees that the unlawful manufacture, sale, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance or marijuana is prohibited in the ContractorOperator's workplace and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition; (iii) state in all solicitations or advertisements for employees placed by or on behalf of the Contractor Operator that the Contractor Operator maintains a drug-free workplace; and (iv) include the provisions of the foregoing clauses (substituting the subcontractor or vendor for the Operator as the obligated party) in every subcontract or purchase order of over $10,000, so that the provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or Contractorvendor.
