Common use of DS1 XXXX Clause in Contracts

DS1 XXXX. Qwest shall unbundle DS1 transport between any pair of Qwest Wire Centers except where, through application of “Tier” classifications, as defined in Section 1.0 of this Amendment, both Wire Centers defining the Route are Tier 1 Wire Centers.
