Dual Admissions. Subject to the terms of this updated agreement, a student who completes the designated associate's degree program at CCP will be guaranteed admission to HF with third-year Gunior) status. Students may complete the requirements for the bachelor's degree program within two years, although certain majors may require more than I 20 credits. The associate degree programs at CCP which are designated as part of the Dual Admissions Agreement are found in the attached Addendum. Additional programs may be identified and defined under the terms of this agreement. Course Sequence sheets for each of the designated associate's degree programs will be made available. To be eligible to take advantage of this agreement, the following terms and conditions must be met: •e Submit a dual admissions intent form before earning no more than 45 college level creditse from CCP or any other college/university. There is no obligation on the part of the CCPe student if the student decides not to transfer to HF.e •e Complete the HF admissions application within one year of graduation from CCP ande satisfy all other regular HF admissions requirements. The application fee to HF will bee waived. Students will be responsible for sending HF all official transcripts including a finale CCP transcript with the associate degree awarded.e •e Graduate from CCP with an Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S.) ore Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in one of the approved programs listed in thee attached addendum.e •e Achieve a cumulative 2.0 CCP grade point average (GPA).e •e Enroll at HF within one year of graduation from CCP and not attend another institution ofe higher education between the time of graduation from CCP and attendance at HF.e
Dual Admissions. In addition to the conditions mentioned above, students interested in pursuing and qualifying for the benefits of transfer through the Dual Admissions Agreement are required to: • Submit an electronic Dual Admissions Intent form before completion of no more than 45 graded college level credits from all colleges/universities attended. Benefits of dual admissions include: • Application fee to HFU will be waived. • Merit Scholarships for dual admissions students who enroll full-time (12 or more credits) with a 2.5 or higher cumulative CCP GPA. • Informational meetings with HFU staff at RFU's campus and CCP's main campus for assistance in matriculating to HFU. Students previously matriculated to HFU are not eligible for the HFU dual admissions program. Students are strongly encouraged to meet with an HFU Admissions Representative and/or a CCP Transfer Counselor, Academic Advisor or Curriculum Coordinator to develop a course taking strategy to maximize course transferability.

Dual Admissions. Under the Dual Admissions Transfer Agreement, CCP students will be guaranteed admissions into HU with third year Gunior) status at HU on the condition that they: • Complete an electronic "Dual Admissions Intent" form before completion of no more than 45 college level credits from all colleges/universities attended; • Graduate from CCP with an appropriate Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S,) or Associate in Applied Science (X.XX.) Degree with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0. (Please see Appendix A for a list ofdegree/majors included in this Agreement); • · Complete HU's admissions application once the student has completed 45 credits at CCP and satisfy all other regular HU admissions requirements to include official transcripts and goal statement; • Do not attend another institution of higher education between the time they graduate from CCP and enroll at Hl!; • Enroll at HU within one year of CCP graduation. Students who have previously been matriculated to HU prior to attending CCP are not eligible for Dual Admissions. Only grades with a "C" or higher will transfer to HU. The maximum number of credits that may be transfened to the student's record is 87; no more than 70 may have been earned at a two-year institution. Credits five or more years old in the Computer and Information Sciences subjects are not transferrable. HU will accept credits through non-traditional means including but not limited to MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), Armed Services Training Programs, Prior Xxxxxxx, and Credit by Examination. Students should refer to the HU undergraduate catalog for information on these types of credit. A full time student admitted with third year (junior) status to HU will be able to complete a Bachelor's degree at HU within four regular (fall/spring) semesters provided the student completes the appropriate associate degree at CCP and completes and appropriately sequences his/her remaining course work at HU.
Dual Admissions. Students pursuing this Program-to-Program Agreement may also pursue dual admissions.
