Dual Admissions. Subject to the terms of this updated agreement, a student who completes the designated associate's degree program at CCP will be guaranteed admission to HF with third-year Gunior) status. Students may complete the requirements for the bachelor's degree program within two years, although certain majors may require more than I 20 credits. The associate degree programs at CCP which are designated as part of the Dual Admissions Agreement are found in the attached Addendum. Additional programs may be identified and defined under the terms of this agreement. Course Sequence sheets for each of the designated associate's degree programs will be made available. To be eligible to take advantage of this agreement, the following terms and conditions must be met: •e Submit a dual admissions intent form before earning no more than 45 college level creditse from CCP or any other college/university. There is no obligation on the part of the CCPe student if the student decides not to transfer to HF.e •e Complete the HF admissions application within one year of graduation from CCP ande satisfy all other regular HF admissions requirements. The application fee to HF will bee waived. Students will be responsible for sending HF all official transcripts including a finale CCP transcript with the associate degree awarded.e •e Graduate from CCP with an Associate in Arts (A.A.), Associate in Science (A.S.) ore Associate in Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in one of the approved programs listed in thee attached addendum.e •e Achieve a cumulative 2.0 CCP grade point average (GPA).e •e Enroll at HF within one year of graduation from CCP and not attend another institution ofe higher education between the time of graduation from CCP and attendance at HF.e Transfer Admissions Requirements: •e Students must have earned a grade of "C" or above for any and all courses transferred toe HF including courses transferred to and accepted by CCP from other institutions.e •e Students must have earned at least 54 CCP transferable credits. Fifty-four credits is juniore status at HF. It is possible that some CCP courses, although part of the associate degreee program at CCP, may not be transferable to HF.
