---DUAL FILINGS. To the extent required by applicable law, either party shall notify the other of any petitions, communications, and/or requests for waiver or advisory opinion with any State or federal agency or commission pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder, subject to Section 13.1 above, and upon the other party’s written request, shall make available at its own expense to the other party copies of any such petitions, communications or requests.
---DUAL FILINGS. (a) If requested, the Licensee shall make available to the Town at the Licensee's expense, copies of any petitions or communications with any State or federal agency or commission pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder.
(b) In the event that either the Issuing Authority or the Licensee requests from any State or federal agency or commission a waiver or advisory opinion, it shall immediately notify the other party in writing of said request, petition or waiver.

---DUAL FILINGS. Upon written request of the Issuing Authority, the Licensee shall provide a copy of any documents or forms filed by the Licensee with the FCC and/or the DTC that materially pertain to the Licensee’s Cable System in the Town.

(a) Upon the Issuing Authority’s written request, the Licensee shall make available to the Town, at the Licensee’s expense, copies of any petitions or written communications with any State or federal agency or commission pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder and subject to Section 13.1 above.
(b) In the event that either the Issuing Authority or the Licensee requests from any State or federal agency or commission a waiver or advisory opinion pertaining to the operation of the Cable System in the Town, it shall immediately notify the other party of said request, petition or waiver.

(b) In the event that either the Issuing Authority or the Licensee requests from any State or federal agency or commission a waiver or advisory opinion pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder, it shall immediately notify the other party in writing of said request, petition or waiver.

If requested by the Issuing Authority or its designee, the Licensee shall make available to the Town, at the Licensee’s expense, copies of any petitions, written communications, rate forms or filings, schedules, worksheets and ancillary documents submitted to a federal or state agency, commission or division, pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder.

If requested, the Licensee shall make available to the City at the Licensee's expense, copies of any petitions or communications with any State or federal agency or commission pertaining to any material aspect of the Cable System operation hereunder. ---DUAL FILINGS. Within fifteen (15) days after Licensee has filed a pleading with any state or federal agency or commission pertaining to any aspect of System operation hereunder or the financial arrangements therefor, it shall file a copy of such pleading with the Issuing Authority.
