Due to a Forced Outage on the Edison-system or a request to reduce or curtail delivery under Section 9.4, Edison shall continue Monthly Capacity Payments pursuant to Capacity Payment Option B. The Contract Capacity curtailed shall be treated the same as scheduled maintenance outages in the Calculation of the Monthly Capacity Payment.
