DUES DEDUCTION AND MEMBERSHIP. 25.1: In accordance with the provisions of Ohio Revised Code 4117.09(B)(2), the University will provide payroll deduction of initiation fees, membership dues, and assessments of members of the Union who belong to the bargaining unit and submit a completed “OEA/NEA Membership Enrollment Form” to the University. Dues shall be deducted from each paycheck.
