Common use of Duration of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Duration of Appointment. The initial appointment is for a one-year period commencing 7/1/2021 and ending on 6/30/2022. Reappointment, advancement and completion of the academic year is contingent upon maintenance of academic good standing and satisfactory performance of assigned rotations, exams and duties as determined by evaluations by the director of the Program ("Program Director") and faculty.
