Duration of Construction Phase. The Construction Phase will commence with the execution of the first Construction Contract for the Specific Project or any part thereof and will terminate upon written recommendation by Engineer for final payment to Contractors. The ENGINEER will prepare Record Drawings from the As Built Drawings provided by the Contractor. The ENGINEER will provide the CITY one set of Record Drawings on mylar, one set on bond, and one digital copy in pdf format.
