Common use of Duration of Development Agreement Clause in Contracts

Duration of Development Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date it is executed by all of the Parties and continue for a period of ten (10) years, unless sooner terminated as provided herein. If the term of the sign is extended as permitted under Section 2.5, then the term of this Agreement shall be extended for a like period.
