Duration of Processing. Subject to any Section of the DPA and/or the Agreement dealing with the duration of the Processing and the consequences of the expiration or termination thereof, Data Processor will Process Personal Data for the duration of the Agreement, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

The Parties will Process Shared Personal Data during the Term of the underlying RRA to which this this Data Processing Addendum is applicable, but will abide by the terms of this Data Processing Addendum for the duration of the Processing if in excess of that term, and unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
