Duration of the assignment notice of termination
1. The duration of the assignment, (term of the contract) depends on the duration of the service agreement under the Agreement.
2. The termination of this Amendment therefore depends on the provisions concerning the duration and the termination of the Agreement. Notice to terminate the Agreement shall also have the effect of terminating this Addendum.
3. Furthermore, the premature termination of this Addendum without notice shall be permissible in the event of a serious breach of statutory or contractual data protection provisions, insofar as the contracting Party in question cannot reasonably be expected to continue this Addendum.
4. The parties acknowledge that the termination of the Addendum at any time and for any reason, does not exempt them from their obligations relating to the collection, processing and use of personal data on behalf of another.
Duration of the assignment notice of termination
1. The duration of the assignment (term of the DPA) is coextensive with the term of the Agreement.
2. The termination of this DPA therefore depends on the provisions concerning the duration and the termination of the Agreement. Termination of the Agreement shall also have the effect of terminating this DPA.
3. Furthermore, the premature termination of this DPA upon written notice to the other Party shall be permissible in the event of such other Party’s serious breach of statutory or contractual data protection provisions under the Data Protection Laws, insofar as the contracting Party in question cannot reasonably be expected to continue this DPA.
4. The parties acknowledge that the termination of the DPA at any time and for any reason, does not exempt them from their obligations under the Data Protection Laws relating to the collection, processing and use of Personal Data.
Duration of the assignment. Under this assignment, the expert will be contracted for the period from of 10 June, 2020 to 30 September, 2020. The Level of Effort required of the Expert, understood to be represented by the scope of work, is estimated to be up to 7 working-days. The contract between SHUKALB and the expert will be signed under the Laws of Albania.
Duration of the assignment. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date it is signed, indicated in the heading. The ASSIGNOR assigns the exploitation rights of the Work referred to in clause two, under the conditions set out in this Agreement, for a term of: up to 3 months after the end of the 72nd National Congress of the Spanish Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, from the date this document is signed.
Duration of the assignment. The assignment of the Intellectual Property Rights as set out in A rticles 1.1 and 1.2 is valid and accepted for the period covering the entire legal protection of said rights, in compliance with any local applicable laws.
Duration of the assignment. (1) This agreement shall be in force retrospectively from 1st January 2010. The agreement shall continue for an unlimited period and may be terminated subject to a notice period of 6 months per 31st December of any year, but at the earliest per the end of the third contractual year.
(2) Should the agreements with users entered into or extended by GVL continue to be valid beyond the termination of this agreement, the agreement shall be extended accordingly with respect to the relevant assignment of rights.
(3) Once this agreement has been terminated, the rights shall revert to the rightsholders at the end of a calendar year without any special transfer.
Duration of the assignment. This agreement shall commence on . Unless terminated earlier in accordance with clause 10 of our Standard Terms of Service or this clause, this agreement shall continue for months (Initial Term) and shall automatically extend for 12 months (Extended Term) at the end of the Initial Term and at the end of each Extended Term. You may give written notice to us no later than six months before the end of the Initial Term or the relevant Extended Term, to terminate this agreement at the end of the Initial Term, or the relevant Extended Term, as the case may be. The nature of the Services is such that a substantial part of the work is provided early on, the latter stages will involve monitoring, amending and improving the structures and documentation initially put in place. As a result, should you terminate this agreement prior to the expiry of the Initial Term or any Extended Term, the full amount of the fixed fee payable for the Initial Term or the relevant Extended Term (as the case may be) will become immediately due and payable. These arrangements are subject to our overriding discretion to terminate this agreement at any time on three months’ written notice to you.
Duration of the assignment. The performance subject to the contract will have the duration of no. ……. days, with effect from ………… to ……………... If it is found that the result of the performance cannot be achieved within the set terms, the Department may interrupt the performance, paying what is due for the performance carried out up until the interruption date. The fee will be reduced, in line with the actual activity performed, if, for any reason, the assignment is interrupted before its completion. On the expiry date of the assignment, the Collaborator must have provided the requested performances, in respect of the terms and methods established by this agreement. The assignment subject to this contract may not in any case be renewed.
Duration of the assignment. The selected Company will enter into a contract for the period from 12 April, 2022 and will complete the assignment within 30 May, 2022.
