Duration of Work. The City and the Consultant agree that work will begin on the tasks described in Exhibit A immediately upon execution of this Agreement. The parties agree that the work described in Exhibit A shall be completed by ; provided however, that additional time shall be granted by the City for excusable days or extra work. Further, the parties may extend the duration of this Agreement consistent with the terms of Section 17 below.
Duration of Work. 1. In consideration of this chapter and of the provision in or by virtue of laws containing prescriptions for reducing the duration of work, the employer shall determine a working hours schedule for employees. A working hours schedule is understood to be a schedule drawn up for a period longer than one week, which is made known in advance and which states the beginning and end of daily working hours. 2a. The duration of work is on average no more than 38 hours a week. The actual working week will be relieved by substantial breaks.

In case of special circumstances, Party B shall apply to Party A one month in advance if Party B requests to postpone the departure, and the longest stay time shall not exceed three years under the premise of Party A's approval, and the validity of this Agreement shall be subject to the departure date approved by Party A in written.
Duration of Work. The work subject to this CONTRACT will have duration of 15 (fifteen) years and will commence at least 30 days after arrival of materials in the CUSTOMER’s mining area at CATOCA, Lunda Sul Province, republic of Angola. Before the work begins, the Parties will additionally determine a timetable for the whole period.

Duration of Work. The long-term agreement will be signed for Two years with an option to extend for One year based on the performance of the first two years.
Duration of Work. A maximum of a 12 hour period of work will be scheduled or assigned by the call-in procedure. If additional work hours are needed, as determined by the Employer, a maximum of 16 hours within a 24 hour period may be worked by an employee. The duration of work may be extended in situations of a declared emergency or upon mutual approval between the Employee’s supervisor and the employee.
