During Your rental. You and any Authorised Driver must not: (a) use the Vehicle to transport any pets or animals except assistance animals; (b) smoke in the Vehicle and You must prevent any passenger from doing so; or (c) allow the Vehicle to be affected or contaminated by excessive sand, dirt, water, wet seats, food, and drink spillages. Additional cleaning and deodorising costs of up to $150 will be charged for a breach of these requirements.
During Your rental. During Your rental: (a) You must: (i) if the Vehicle is held overnight, inspect it for oil, water and fuel leaks, Damage and tyre pressure; and (ii) adhere to any mileage instructions displayed in the Vehicle; (b) You must not: (i) use the Vehicle for transporting any pets or animals, with the exception of accredited or trained assistance animals, unless specifically approved by Us; (ii) smoke in the Vehicle (including the use of e-cigarettes) and You must take reasonable steps to prevent passengers from doing so. It is an offence in some Australian states to smoke in a vehicle where there are passengers of less than 18 years of age; or (iii) use the Vehicle to move infectious, biohazardous or biomedical waste, unless specifically approved by Us. During Your rental. During your rental period of the community room, you and your guests may not enter the Beach & Tennis Club. Your rental is for the Community Room amenity only. You may not rent a Beach pavilion during the same period as your rental of the Community Room.

(b) When the Campervan is refuelled, the tyre pressure must be checked and filled to the tyre manufacturer's recommended pressure. (c) The Campervan must be washed and cleaned weekly. (d) You must not: (i) use the Campervan for transporting any pets or animals, except assistance animals, unless specifically approved by Us; (ii) smoke in the Campervan and You must take reasonable steps to prevent passengers from doing so. It is an offence in some Australian states to smoke in a vehicle where there are passengers of less than 18 years of age; or (iii) use the Campervan to move infectious, biohazardous or biomedical waste, unless specifically approved by Us.
