Duties and Powers of the LPDC. The LPDC will be responsible for approving and reviewing professional development plans for recertification and licensure as specified in Ohio Law governing such committees. The LPDC shall have no authority to make any decision contrary to any provision of this Negotiated Agreement, Board Policy, or any law or regulation governing the operation of DD programs. The LPDC shall not have any authority to make any decision requiring the expenditure of Board funds without express prior approval of the Board.
