Duties upon Termination of Active Representation. Upon termination of Attorney’s active involvement in a particular matter for which Attorney had previously been engaged, Attorney will have no further duty to inform Client of future developments or changes in law which may be relevant to such matter in which Attorney’s representation has terminated. Further, unless Client and Attorney agree in writing to the contrary, Attorney will have no obligation to monitor renewal or notice dates or similar deadlines that may arise from the matters for which Attorney had been engaged.
