Duty Hours. The Resident Physician shall fulfill responsibilities during duty hours defined in Sponsoring Institution policies and procedures and as the Program Director may direct in accordance with policies and procedures in the Manual for Residents and Fellows. 12.1 Comply with Sponsoring Institution policies and procedures regarding duty hours, including accurately reporting duty hours and responding to surveys conducted by MAHEC or the GME program regarding duty hours.
