Common use of Duty to Notify Error Clause in Contracts

Duty to Notify Error. The Client shall inform GTJAF within seven (7) days of the possession or knowledge of information if the Client is aware of any discrepancies and/or error with regard to and in connection with any of the Client’s Account information, transactions, settlements and fund transfers. The Client agrees that the Client’s failure to notify of such discrepancy and/or error in a prompt manner would exonerate GTJAF.
