DUTY TO PAY. CC Trust shall pay, or cause to be paid, when due all sales taxes, real estate taxes, and taxes and assessments on the Property which CC Trust is responsible to pay. CC Trust shall have no obligation to pay any sales taxes, real estate taxes, and taxes and assessments on the Property owed by any future operator, tenant, or other user of the Anchor Project.
