Early Initial Delivery Date. If Seller satisfies the conditions precedent set forth in Section 2.8 for the Initial Delivery Date prior to the applicable Guaranteed Initial Delivery Date, then such earlier date shall be the Initial Delivery Date under this Agreement; however, in no event shall the Initial Delivery Date occur any earlier than [date] without Buyer’s prior written consent. 8
