Early Return and Emergency Situations. a. in the case of an incomplete pregnancy, death of the child, or other special situations, or should a teacher's personal circumstances change, an application for return to duty at a date earlier than that specified above will be considered by the Superintendent, who will make every effort to comply with such requests.
