Early Shipment. If AGILENT receives any shipment more than three working days prior to the Delivery Date, AGILENT may either return the Goods or delay processing the corresponding invoice until the Delivery Date.

Seller makes no guarantee of any early Shipment or early Delivery of Combustion Turbine- Generator Units #2 and #3. The only Guaranteed Dates for such Units are as designated in Section 4.1(a). Except with respect to the generators and additional Equipment for Combustion Turbine-Generator Units #2 and #3 itemized above, or as otherwise specifically agreed upon by Buyer in writing, Buyer shall not be required to accept early Shipment of any Unit if such Shipment would result in delivery of any portion of such Unit earlier than one (1) Month prior to the Scheduled Delivery Date for such Unit.
Early Shipment. If Esco receives any shipment more than three working days prior to the Delivery Date, Esco may return the Goods or delay processing the corresponding invoice until the Delivery date.

Early Shipment. If NEPHRON receives any shipment more than five (5) calendar days prior to the Delivery Date, NEPHRON may either return the Goods or delay processing the corresponding invoice until the requested Delivery Date.

Any Products shipped from the F.C.A. point to AMO or its Affiliates more than ***** prior to the applicable Shipment Date may be returned to the Supplier for re-shipment on the Shipment Date or stored by AMO or its Affiliates, and the Supplier shall promptly reimburse AMO or its Affiliates in the full amount of any and all loss, damage or expense resulting from the storage and/or return of such Products.
