Eating Period. (a) Eating period, as specified in this Article, is outside the limitation of the hours to be w orked as imposed in the sections and is not paid time. (b) Employees w ho are not permitted to leave the w ork location and w ho are required by the Employer to be available for w ork during the eating period w ill receive a one half (1/2) hour paid lunch period w ithin the specified hours of w ork.
