Education Leave of Absence. Governmental-Sponsored Program Leave of Absence. Leave of absence may be granted for a maximum period of two (2) years for purpose of education or training which, in the Employer's opinion, would be a benefit to the Employer. Renewal or extension beyond the two-year period shall not be allowed.
