Common use of Education & Training Fund Clause in Contracts

Education & Training Fund. The Employer shall contribute to the Union the sum of five cents ($.05) per hour per employee for each hour worked for education and training of Union members. The money shall be made payable to Local Union 2009 Education and Training Fund, #202 – 0000 – 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X.X. X0X 3A6 and shall be remitted January 1st and July 1st of each contract year, and the Employer shall provide necessary information regarding amounts paid for each employee.
