Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for noncommercial use solely by local public schools and public school districts in the Franchise Area and other not-for-profit educational institutions chartered or licensed by the New York State Department of Education or Board of Regents in the Franchise Area.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use by educational institutions in, or for the benefit of, the Franchise Area as designated by the Town.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use of the local schools in the Township.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use of local educational institutions in the Town, as well as the PEG Access Designee.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use solely of the local public schools in the Franchise Area and other higher level educational institutions in the Franchise Area as specified by the LFA in Exhibit A to this Agreement.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use solely of educational institutions in the Franchise Area as specified in Subsection 5.1.5 of this Agreement.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel required by this Agreement to be designated by the Franchisee for noncommercial use by local public schools and public school districts in the Franchise Area and other not-for-profit educational institutions chartered or licensed by the New York State Department of Education or Board of Regents in the Franchise Area as specified by the LFA in Exhibit C to this Agreement.
Educational Access Channel. A specific channel(s) on the Cable System made available by the Licensee to Cambridge educational institutions and/or educators wishing to present non-commercial educational Programming and information to the public.
Educational Access Channel. Any Channel required by this Agreement to be designated by the Franchisee for use by the County on the Cable System for educational purposes.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for use of the City for educational purposes.
