Educational Access Channel Sample Clauses
The Educational Access Channel clause establishes a dedicated television or media channel for educational programming, typically provided by local governments or educational institutions. This clause outlines the requirements for the channel’s operation, such as content standards, scheduling, and access for schools or community groups. Its core function is to ensure that educational content is made widely available to the public, supporting community learning and fulfilling regulatory or franchise obligations for public service.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for noncommercial use solely by local public schools and public school districts in the Franchise Area and other not-for-profit educational institutions chartered or licensed by the New York State Department of Education or Board of Regents in the Franchise Area.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use by educational institutions in, or for the benefit of, the Franchise Area as designated by the Town.
Educational Access Channel. An Access Channel available for the use of the local schools in the Township.
