Educational Fund (Keren Hishtalmut). The Company will contribute to a recognized educational fund an amount equal to 7.5% of each monthly payment of the Salary and will deduct from each monthly payment and contribute to such educational fund an additional amount equal to 2.5% of the Salary.

Educational Fund (Keren Hishtalmut). The Company shall contribute an amount equal to 7.5% of the Salary, and shall deduct from the Salary an amount equal to 2.5% of the Salary, and shall transfer such amounts to an education fund of the employee's choice ("Education Fund"). The Employee hereby provides the Company with an irrevocable instruction to deduct from the Salary such amount and transfer it to the Education Fund. It is clarified that, in the event that the Salary shall exceed the salary ceiling recognized for income tax purposes for purposes of contributions to the Education Fund, the salary ceiling recognized for income tax purposes shall be the deemed the salary of the Employee for purposes of contributions to the Education Fund.
Educational Fund (Keren Hishtalmut). The Company will contribute, for the benefit of the Employee, an amount equal to 7.5% of the Employee's monthly Base Salary to an educational fund of the Employee's choice. In addition, the Company will deduct and transfer to such educational fund from each of the Employee's monthly Base Salary payment an amount equal to 2.5% of such payment, as the Employee's contribution to such fund.
Educational Fund (Keren Hishtalmut). The Company will contribute to a recognized educational fund an amount equal to 7.5% of each monthly payment of the Salary up to the limit recognized for tax purposes and will deduct from each monthly payment and contribute to such education fund an additional amount equal to 2.5% of each such month’s payment, up to the limit recognized for tax purposes. The Company reserves the right not to release to the Employee the amounts contributed by the Company to the educational fund in the event that Employee’s termination was with “Cause,” as defined herein. No amount remitted by the Company in respect of this Section shall be considered as part of the Salary for any purpose, including for purposes of severance pay calculation.

  • Education Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

  • FUND ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following fund administration services for each Fund, Series and class:  Calculate Fund approved income and per share amounts required for periodic distributions to be made by the applicable Fund, Series or class;  Coordinate a Fund’s annual audit and respond timely and completely to related requests;  Cooperate with each Fund’s independent auditors;  Supply various normal and customary portfolio and Fund statistical data as requested on an ongoing basis; and  If the chief executive officer or chief financial officer of a Fund is required to provide a certification as part of the Fund’s Form N-Q or Form N-CSR filing pursuant to regulations promulgated by the SEC under Section 302 of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, provide a sub-certification in support of certain matters set forth in the aforementioned certification. Such sub-certification is to be in such form and relating to such matters as reasonably agreed to by BNY Mellon in advance. BNY Mellon shall be required to provide the sub-certification only during the term of this Agreement with respect to the applicable Fund or Series and only if it receives such cooperation as it may request to perform its investigations with respect to the sub-certification. For clarity, the sub-certification is not itself a certification under the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 or under any other law, rule or regulation. REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Fund Administration Legal Services a. Prepare the agenda and resolutions for all requested Board of Trustees (the “Board”) and committee meetings, make presentations to the Board and committee meetings where appropriate or upon reasonable request, prepare minutes for such Board and committee meetings and attend the Trust’s shareholder meetings and prepare minutes of such meetings;

  • Financial Planning Continued access, for the remainder of the calendar year in which the Covered Termination occurs or for 60 days (if greater), to the financial planning services available to executive employees at the time of Covered Termination.

  • Investor Relations Provide fair and accurate analysis of Dominion and its operating subsidiaries and its outlook within the financial community. Enhance Dominion’s position in the energy industry. Balance and diversify shareholder investment in Dominion through a wide range of activities. Provide feedback to Dominion and its operating subsidiaries regarding investor concerns, trading and ownerships. Hold periodic analysts meetings, and provide various operating data as requested or required by investors.

  • Compensation of the Investment Manager 4.1 For the services to be rendered as provided herein, the Adviser shall pay to the Investment Manager for each month of the Fund’s fiscal year on the last day of each such month a fee based upon the average daily net assets of the Account, as determined pursuant to the Fund’s Registration Statement, at the following annual rate as a percentage of the Account's average daily net assets:
