Educational Tagging Procedure for Unacceptable Materials. The Contractor is responsible to educate the Customers as to materials that are prohibited and any unacceptable setout practices for Collection by distributing educational tags and other means. Unacceptable materials shall be left by the Contractor with an educational tag.
