Common use of Effect of Amendments and Supplements Clause in Contracts

Effect of Amendments and Supplements. Upon the execution of any amendment or supplement authorized pursuant to this Article, this Indenture shall be modified in accordance therewith, and such amendment or supplement shall form a part of this Indenture for all purposes; and every Holder of Securities theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder and of any coupon appertaining thereto shall be bound thereby.

Effect of Amendments and Supplements. Upon the execution of any amendment or supplement authorized pursuant to amendments and supplements under this Article, this Indenture or the applicable Collateral Document shall be modified in accordance therewith, and such supplemental indenture or amendment or supplement shall form a part of this Indenture or such Collateral Document, as the case may be, for all purposes; and every Holder of Securities Notes theretofore or thereafter authenticated and delivered hereunder and of any coupon appertaining thereto shall be bound thereby.
