Effect of CAOs. (a) A pilot who has been granted paid sick leave for an illness or injury in respect of which he or she has consulted a medical practitioner must remain on such leave subject to his or her entitlements from time to time, until such time as he or she is deemed to be medically fit in accordance with the relevant CAO to resume flying.
