Effect of Lease. Except as expressly modified by the terms of this Agreement, all of the agreements, covenants, terms and conditions of the Lease shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby restated and ratified by Landlord and Tenant.
Effect of Lease. This Lease and everything herein contained shall extend to and bind and may be taken advantage of by the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, as the case may be, of each of the parties hereto, subject to the granting of consent by the Landlord as provided herein to any Transfer, and where there is more than one tenant or there is a female party or a corporation, the provisions hereof shall be read with all grammatical changes thereby rendered necessary and all covenants shall be deemed joint and several. Any release, indemnity or covenant for the benefit of the Landlord shall apply equally, to the extent the context allows, to all agents, directors, officers, employees, property managers and hypothecary creditors of the Landlord.

This indenture and everything herein contained shall extend to and bind and may be taken advantage of by the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, as the case may be, of each and every one of the parties hereto, subject to the granting of consent by the Landlord as provided in paragraph 5 (i) to any assignment or sub-lease, and where the Tenant consists of more than one person or is a female or a corporation, the provisions hereof shall be read with all grammatical changes thereby rendered necessary and all covenants on the part of the Tenant shall be deemed joint and several.
Effect of Lease. This Lease and everything herein contained shall operate to the benefit of and shall be binding on the parties hereto and shall be binding upon the respective successors, assigns and other legal representatives, as the case may be, of each of the parties hereto subject to the granting of consent by the Landlord as provided herein to any assignment or sublease, and subject to the foregoing limitation and any provisions of this Lease to the contrary, every reference herein to any party hereto shall include the successors, assigns and other legal representatives of such party.

This lease and everything herein contained shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties to this lease, their successors and assigns, as the case may be, subject to granting of consent by the City as provided in this lease to any assignment, transfer or sublease of this lease, and where there is a male, female or corporate party, the provisions of this lease shall be read with all grammatical changes to gender and number required by the context, and where the Tenant consists of more than one person, all covenants and obligations of the Tenant under this lease shall be deemed joint and several.
Effect of Lease. The terms and provisions of this lease shell be binding upon, and shall inure to the benefit of, Lessor, and lessee end their respective heirs, successors and assigns.

Effect of Lease. This Lease and everything herein contained shall extend to and bind and may be taken advantage of by the successors and permitted assigns, of each of the parties hereto. Should either party request the other's consent to an assignment of this Lease, such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
