Effect of Prepayments. Amounts of the Loans prepaid under Section 3.2 and Section 3.3 prior to the Maturity Date may be reborrowed as provided in Section 2. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all payments shall first be applied to accrued but unpaid interest and then to principal.
