Effect of Repeal. If the provisions of Code Sections 280G and 4999 are repealed without succession, this Section 7(f)(ii) will not apply. In addition, if this provision does not apply to Executive for whatever reason (e.g., because Executive is not a “disqualified individual” for purposes of Code Section 280G), this Section will not apply.
