Effect of this Addendum. Except as expressly stated by this Addendum, the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. All references to the Agreement in the Addendum or any other document executed or delivered in connection therewith shall, from and after the effective date of this Addendum, be deemed to be references to the Agreement, as amended hereby, unless the context expressly requires otherwise. This Addendum may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which so executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all such counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument.
Effect of this Addendum. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of this Addendum and the terms of the Agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and solely where U.S. Data Protection Laws apply, the terms of this Addendum shall control.
