Effect upon Individual Contracts. Any individual contract between the District and an employee dealing with services covered by this Agreement shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If an individual contract contains any terms inconsistent with this Agreement, then this Agreement shall be deemed controlling. However, this Agreement does not establish individual annual contracts.
