Effective Date of the Amendment. This Amendment is effective upon the date of execution by both Parties; or, if signed by the Parties on different dates, upon the date of execution by the latter of the two Parties.
Effective Date of the Amendment. The amendments specified herein shall be effective from the First Amendment Effective Date and shall read as part and parcel of the Agreement.
