Common use of Effective July Clause in Contracts

Effective July. 1 of the thirteenth (13th) year of consecutive service, a longevity increase of five (5) percent will be added to the employee's base salary.

Effective July. 1 of the thirteenth seventeenth (13th17th) year of consecutive service, a longevity increase of five seven and one-half (57-1/2) percent will be added to the employee's base salary.

Effective July. 1 of the thirteenth seventeenth (13th17th) year of consecutive service, a longevity increase of five seven and one-half percent (57.5%) percent will be added to the employee's base salary.

Effective July. 1 of the thirteenth twenty-fifth (13th25th) year of consecutive service, a longevity increase of five twelve and one half (512 1/2) percent will be added to the employee's base salary.
