Effective of Breach of Section 4. Except for rights and benefits described in Section 2(a)(i), you shall immediately forfeit your right to any payments of benefits under this Section 2 if you violate the provisions of Section 4. Such forfeiture by you shall be in addition to, and not in substitution for, any remedies otherwise available to the Company at law or in equity as a result of such violation by you.
