SFDC shall provide Licensee with periodic reports (no less frequently than once every six hours) on the status of the Error Correction. C. In the event of Priority C Errors, SFDC shall within one week of Licensee’s report, commence verification of the Error and will initiate work to provide Licensee with an Error Correction. SFDC shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a workaround for the Error. SFDC will provide Licensee with periodic reports (no less frequently than once every week) on the status of the Error Correction.
