Efforts to Minimize. Service Provider shall continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing DIR's and the DIR Customers' total cost of receiving the Services (including the amount of Pass-Through Expenses and Retained Expenses) and shall notify DIR of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier will seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing Gap Retained Expenses and Managed Third Party Expenses and will notify Gap of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method. In addition, Supplier shall be financially responsible for Managed Third Party Expenses and related penalties, late charges and reinstatement fees for Managed Third Party Expenses that are not properly submitted to Gap within ninety (90) days after the end of the month in which such Managed Third Party Expense is received. In addition, if any significant Managed Third Party Expense is not properly submitted to Gap within such ninety (90) day period, Supplier’s Responsible Executive shall, by telephone or in person, promptly provide to Gap’s Chief Financial Officer a reasonably detailed explanation of the cause of such failure and actions Supplier has undertaken to prevent the recurrence of such failure.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier will continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing Kraft’s retained and Pass-Through Expenses and will notify Kraft of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Service Provider shall continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing TxDOT's total cost of receiving the Services (including the amount of Pass-Through Expenses and Retained Expenses) and shall notify TxDOT of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier will continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing Allianz’s retained and Pass-Through Expenses and will notify Allianz of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Service Provider will continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing Allegheny’s retained and Pass-Through Expenses and will notify Allegheny of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier shall continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing New Century’s retained and Pass-Through Expenses and will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify New Century of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier shall use commercially reasonable efforts to identify methods of reducing and minimizing Triad’s retained and Pass-Through Expenses and will notify Triad of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier will continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing Hercules' retained and Pass-Through Expenses and will notify Hercules of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
Efforts to Minimize. Supplier will continually seek to identify methods of reducing and minimizing CoreLogic’s retained expenses and Administered Expenses and will notify CoreLogic of such methods and the estimated potential savings associated with each such method.
