Common use of Egain’s full utilization and disposal Clause in Contracts

Egain’s full utilization and disposal. rights must thus also remain in the period after the Customer has ceased to be a customer of Egain. Customer admits that Egain treats and processes the information, e.g. with the purpose of creating value adding services for the customers, obtaining statistics and for analysis purposes. Egain, however, undertakes not to supply third parties, without the Customer's consent, information derived from the Customer, unless the information in question has previously been unidentified. In the case of a transfer of Egain's service, Egain has the unlimited right to have an acquirer take over the information.
