Eighteen months or longer. The period of twelve months referred to in 6.13.2 is eighteen months if the sending company notifies the Minister of Social Affairs and Employment, stating reasons, during the last three months of a period of secondment not exceeding twelve months, that the projected duration of the work initially reported will be extended to not more than eighteen months. If, after being extended, the secondment lasts longer than eighteen months, from the nineteenth month the sending company must guarantee the terms of employment and working conditions referred to in the second paragraph.   • months The provisions of the Contract will apply (subject to any Variation or adjustment to the Contract Price pursuant to clause C4 (Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period)) throughout any such extended period.

  • Duration Period This Agreement shall be effective as of July 1, 2002 and shall continue in effect until June 30, 2005, subject to the Association’s right to negotiate over a successor agreement as provided in Article II.
