Common use of EIM Communications and OASIS Clause in Contracts

EIM Communications and OASIS. Section 6 shall govern communications and information availability regarding the EIM to the extent it applies by its own terms except that – (1) references to internal resources shall be deemed to include EIM Participating Resources; and (2) references in Sections 6.2.2.1 and 6. 5.2.1 to the CAISO Controlled Grid shall be deemed references to the EIM Area.
