Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by any Subsidiary Guarantor to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of any Obligor under any Financing Agreement, whether pursuant to this Section 23 or otherwise, shall not release such Obligor from such obligations (except to the extent such obligation is indefeasibly paid or performed) or any of such Obligor’s other obligations under this Agreement.
Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by any of the Guarantors to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of any Obligor under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents, whether pursuant to this Article 11 or otherwise, shall not release such Obligor from any of its other obligations under the Notes, the Letters of Credit or any of the other Facility Documents.

Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by any Guarantor to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of the Company under the Notes, this Agreement or any of the other Financing Documents, whether pursuant to this Section 10 or otherwise, shall not release the Company or any other Guarantor from such obligations or any of such Person's other obligations under the Notes, this Agreement and the other Financing Documents.

Any election by Cannondale to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of any Subsidiary Borrower under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents, whether pursuant to this Article 11 or otherwise, shall not release such Subsidiary Borrower from such obligations or any of its other obligations under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents.
Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by any of the JLM Domestic Entities to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of any other Obligor under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents, whether pursuant to this Article 10 or otherwise, shall not release such other Obligor from such obligations or any of its other obligations under the Notes or under any of the other Facility Documents.
Election to Perform Obligations. Any election by MacDonald to pay or otherwise perform any of the obligations of any Obligor under the North Carolina Term Note or under any of the other Facility Documents evidencing or securing the North Carolina Term Loan, whether pursuant to this Article II or otherwise, shall not release such Obligor from such obligations or any of its other obligations under the North Carolina Term Note or under any of the other Facility Documents evidencing or securing the North Carolina Term Loan.
Election to Perform Obligations. The Company may at any time elect to ------------------------------- pay or otherwise perform any obligation of the ESOP under this Agreement or in respect of the Notes, which shall operate as a discharge and release of the ESOP from such obligation to the Purchasers or any subsequent holders of the Notes (but not to the Company as subrogee or as a successor Noteholder), provided that no such election shall release the ESOP from any of its other obligations ----------- hereunder and under the Notes.
