ELECTION TO SELL BUILDING. If Landlord elects to sell the Building or to obtain loans secured by a lien on the Building, Tenant, promptly after demand, shall include with the estoppel certificate(s) provided to any prospective purchaser or lender as required under this Article 22 any financial statements of Tenant reasonably required by the purchaser or lender. The financial statements so provided shall be kept confidential as to any parties other than the purchaser or lender.
