Electric Fees. 230v electric supply is available at Evesham Marina and is supplied through a shoreline meter. There is a deposit of £75.00 (seventy five pounds) charged for the meter. This is a fully refundable deposit that will be paid on return of the meter to us in a fully working order, or on the moorers departure from the marina at the end of your mooring agreement. The electric units used by the xxxxxx will be charged for on a monthly basis and all invoices raised will be payable within seven (7) days from the date of the invoice. Any overdue invoice will be charged a surcharge of 5% per month or part thereof and also have their supply disconnected until their account is settled. Further terms and conditions apply. Electric Fees. The property manager will read the electric meter when you arrive and leave. An electric fee of US$ 25 / week is included in the rental rate. In case of higher electric power consumption the renter pays the costs according to the current price list of the provider LCEC, Cape Coral, to the property manager at check-out. Please note that we recommend you close doors and windows to avoid extensive costs. High usage of the whirlpool will also cause additional electric power consumption.

  • Electric Storage Resources Developer interconnecting an electric storage resource shall establish an operating range in Appendix C of its LGIA that specifies a minimum state of charge and a maximum state of charge between which the electric storage resource will be required to provide primary frequency response consistent with the conditions set forth in Articles 9.5.5, 9.5.5.1, 9.5.5.2, and 9.5.5.3 of this Agreement. Appendix C shall specify whether the operating range is static or dynamic, and shall consider (1) the expected magnitude of frequency deviations in the interconnection; (2) the expected duration that system frequency will remain outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (3) the expected incidence of frequency deviations outside of the deadband parameter in the interconnection; (4) the physical capabilities of the electric storage resource; (5) operational limitations of the electric storage resources due to manufacturer specification; and (6) any other relevant factors agreed to by the NYISO, Connecting Transmission Owner, and Developer. If the operating range is dynamic, then Appendix C must establish how frequently the operating range will be reevaluated and the factors that may be considered during its reevaluation. Developer’s electric storage resource is required to provide timely and sustained primary frequency response consistent with Article 9.5.5.2 of this Agreement when it is online and dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. This excludes circumstances when the electric storage resource is not dispatched to inject electricity to the New York State Transmission System and/or dispatched to receive electricity from the New York State Transmission System. If Developer’s electric storage resource is charging at the time of a frequency deviation outside of its deadband parameter, it is to increase (for over-frequency deviations) or decrease (for under-frequency deviations) the rate at which it is charging in accordance with its droop parameter. Developer’s electric storage resource is not required to change from charging to discharging, or vice versa, unless the response necessitated by the droop and deadband settings requires it to do so and it is technically capable of making such a transition.

  • Electric Service 1. The Authority shall make available Electric Service to enable the Customer to receive the Allocation in accordance with this Agreement, Service Tariff No. WNY-2 and the Rules. 2. The Customer shall not be entitled to receive Electric Service under this Agreement for any EP and/or RP allocation unless such EP and/or RP allocation is identified in Schedule A. 3. The Authority will provide, and the Customer shall accept and pay for, Electric Service with respect to the Allocation specified in Schedule A. If Schedule C specifies a Takedown Schedule for the Allocation, the Authority will provide, and the Customer shall accept and pay for, Electric Service with respect to the Allocation in accordance with such Takedown Schedule. 4. The Authority shall provide UCAP in amounts necessary to meet the Customer’s NYISO UCAP requirements associated with the Allocation in accordance with the NYISO Tariffs. The Customer shall be responsible to pay the Authority for such UCAP in accordance with Service Tariff No. WNY-2. 5. The provision of Electric Service associated with the Allocation is an unbundled service separate from the transmission and delivery of power and energy to the Customer. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer’s local electric utility, not the Authority, shall be responsible for delivering the Allocation to the Facility specified in Schedule A in accordance with the applicable Utility Tariff(s). 6. The Contract Demand for the Customer’s Allocation may be modified by the Authority if the amount of Firm Power and Firm Energy available for sale as EP or RP from the Project is modified as required to comply with any ruling, order, or decision of any regulatory or judicial body having jurisdiction, including but not limited to FERC. Any such modification will be made on a pro rata basis to all EP and RP customers, as applicable, based on the terms of such ruling, order, or decision. 7. The Contract Demand may not exceed the Allocation. 8. The Customer’s Facility must be metered by the Customer’s local electric utility in a manner satisfactory to the Authority, or another metering arrangement satisfactory to the Authority must be provided (collectively, “Metering Arrangement”). A Metering Arrangement that is not satisfactory to the Authority shall be grounds, after notice to the Customer, for the Authority to modify, withhold, suspend, or terminate Electric Service to the Customer.   • Electric If Customer has selected an Electricity Fixed Rate on the Application, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s) which includes Local and State taxes, Gross Receipts Tax (GRT), PJM Adjustment (defined below) charges and adjustments and Utility applied charges and/or fees related to generation, plus the Administration Charge, which includes, Electricity Balancing Amount and third party utility and billing charges.

  • Asset Management Fees (i) Except as provided in Section 8.03(ii) hereof, the Company shall pay the Advisor as compensation for the services described in Section 3.03 hereof a monthly fee (the “Asset Management Fee”) in an amount equal to one-twelfth of 0.75% of the sum of the Cost of Real Estate Investments and the Cost of Loans and other Permitted Investments. The Advisor shall submit a monthly invoice to the Company, accompanied by a computation of the Asset Management Fee for the applicable period. The Asset Management Fee shall be payable on the last day of such month, or the first business day following the last day of such month. The Asset Management Fee may or may not be taken, in whole or in part, as to any period in the sole discretion of the Advisor. All or any portion of the Asset Management Fees not taken as to any period shall be deferred without interest and may be paid in such other fiscal period as the Advisor shall determine. (ii) Notwithstanding anything contained in Section 8.03(i) to the contrary, a Property, Loan or other Permitted Investment that has suffered an impairment in value, reduction in cash flow or other negative circumstances may either be excluded from the calculation of the Cost of Real Estate Investments or the Cost of Loans and other Permitted Investments or included in such calculation at a reduced value that is recommended by the Advisor and the Company's management and then approved by a majority of the Company's independent directors, and the resulting change in the Asset Management Fee with respect to such investment will be applicable upon the earlier to occur of the date on which (i) such investment is sold, (ii) such investment is surrendered to a Person other than the Company, its direct or indirect wholly owned subsidiary or a Joint Venture or partnership in which the Company has an interest, (iii) the Advisor determines that it will no longer pursue collection or other remedies related to such investment, or (iv) the Advisor recommends a revised fee arrangement with respect to such investment.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers. 3.2 Except as otherwise required by Applicable Law, subject to Section 3.1, Verizon shall have the right to add, modify, grandfather, discontinue or withdraw, Verizon Telecommunications Services at any time, without the consent of Z-Tel. 3.3 To the extent required by Applicable Law, the Verizon Telecommunications Services to be provided to Z-Tel for resale pursuant to this Attachment will include a Verizon Telecommunications Service customer-specific contract service arrangement (“CSA”) (such as a customer specific pricing arrangement or individual case based pricing arrangement) that Verizon is providing to a Verizon Customer at the time the CSA is requested by Z-Tel.

  • Base Management Fee The Base Management Fee shall be calculated at an annual rate of 2.0% of the Company’s average gross assets. The Base Management Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears, and shall be calculated based on the average value of the Company’s gross assets at the end of the two most recently completed calendar quarters. All or any part of the Base Management Fee not taken as to any quarter shall be deferred without interest and may be taken in such other quarter as the Adviser shall determine. The Base Management Fee for any partial month or quarter shall be appropriately pro rated.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES The Company must construct and reticulate electrical requirements for all amenities and facilities. The Company must construct sub-station and distribution boards necessary to reticulate power to all Company owned or leased facilities which provide amenities to the public. The electrical installation must be to the design and installation standards of the State Energy Commission of Western Australia. All electrical reticulation must be placed underground.
