Electrical Distribution. Electrical distribution for systems furnishings office areas shall be through covered wireway(s) above the acoustic ceiling or through the perimeter walls of the space. Electrical wiring shall be enclosed in metallic raceways with junction boxes. Each junction box is to contain the 8 wires to be compatible with the State’s systems furnishings. The grid is to include a 12’ Greenfield drop at each junction box..
Electrical Distribution. This test will ensure that all equipment, breakers, transformers, bus duct, and major cable runs, are operating within their rated capacity. The system will be checked for no hot spots. Transfer of loads will also be tested along with demonstration of UPS performance against design. Load shedding will also be confirmed.
Electrical Distribution. A. The following requirements only apply to the last demarcation point of Grantor supplied power (the “Grantor/Customer Demarcation Point”). Demarcation is the output power of the Power Distribution Unit (PDU).
1. All electrical switching will require the completion of a DLR Electrical Switch Procedures.
Electrical Distribution. All electrical wiring from the distribution breaker panel shall be via rigid metal conduit, thin wall, routed along the under side of the cable tray to a point directly above the equipment rack. From this point, TRITON may select how to distribute to its equipment or rack.
Electrical Distribution. 1. Existing Distribution serving the tenant space is a 277/480V 3 phase 4 wire system supplied from a base building electrical switchboard. Step-down to 120/208V local power panels are through dry type transformers 480 primary 120/208V secondary.
Electrical Distribution. A. The electrical distribution in the building shall be as required to provide power for the mechanical systems and other various systems.
X. Xxxxxxx shall be of copper or electrical grade aluminum and shall be formed and braced to withstand the effect of the available fault current. Copper bussing shall be silver plated at joints, and be properly connected with bolts and lock washers. Aluminum bussing shall be tin plated, full length and shall have all joints made by welding or use of bolts and double Belleville washers properly tightened.
C. A continuous ground bus shall be provided to all sections of the switchboard and all non-current carrying parts of the switchboard shall be solidly connected to this ground bus.
D. All lugs for cable or bus connections shall be positive pressure bolted clamp type for copper or shall be Burndy "Hy-Press" type and Belleville washer for aluminum cable terminal lugs.
E. Switchboards shall be constructed to meet all requirements for indoor NEMA classified equipment.
F. The General Contractor shall furnish and install a concrete housekeeping pad for all floor mounted equipment. The pad shall be 4" high and sized to extend 4" beyond the equipment.
Electrical Distribution. Electrical distribution for open office areas shall be through covered wireway(s) above the ceiling. Electrical wiring shall be enclosed as required by code, with junction boxes spaced on a 15’x15’ grid. Each junction box is to contain the eight wires to be compatible with the Xxxxxxx Power Base furniture. The grid is to include a twelve foot greenfield drop at each junction box on the 15’x15’ grid. Each drop is to contain three dedicated circuits with separate neutrals for each circuit: one isolated ground circuit and two circuits with a common ground. Open office area includes all work spaces where more than one employee is stationed.
Electrical Distribution a. Coordinate with Oncor for incoming power
b. Install new wire and conduits from the pumps to the respective starters and variable frequency drives located in the new electrical building
c. Provide the necessary control schematic for the pumps controls
d. Write control descriptions to monitor and control the pumps from the plant HMI
e. Test the controls for the pump station
Electrical Distribution. BCP shall allow BCI to tie the ------------------------ Acquired Plants into the electrical distribution system for the BCP Plant at the approximate tie-in locations shown on Exhibit B. BCP, at its cost and expense, shall maintain the electrical distribution system in good condition and repair, in accordance with past practices, up to the point of BCI's tie-ins. The BCP electrical distribution system shall be made available to BCI on the terms set forth in Exhibit C. BCP shall have the right to determine and control the sequence of any curtailment of electric power distributed though its system, including electrical power to the Acquired Plants, pursuant to the written curtailment plan developed by BCP and attached hereto as Exhibit D. BCP shall be entitled, from time to time, to make reasonable modifications to such curtailment plan, provided the modifications are shared with BCI and such modified curtailment plan shall provide a fair allocation of available power among the parties. BCP shall charge BCI the infrastructure charge set forth in Exhibit C. While BCI receives electric power for the Acquired Plants through the BCP distribution system, BCI shall at all times be required to purchase its electric power from a source other than BCP which is not selling electrical power or transmission/distribution services to BCI under this Agreement.
Electrical Distribution. The Landlord will provide enough circuits on the electric distribution panel in the electrical room to connect up to 5 xxxxx per square foot of usable space for lighting and general purposes.
