Electronic Banking Service the set of bank services and operations carried out by the Institutions with their Users through Electronic Means. Host to Host Banking Service: the Electronic Banking Service used to establish a direct connection among the computer equipment of the User previously authorized by the Institution and the computer equipment of such Institution, used by the latter to process the information to perform services and carry out banking operations.

FORUM’s electronic banking services also referred to as “internet banking” is available to most Primary or Joint Owner accountholders and are available to you via desktop computer and mobile. By enrolling in internet banking, you certify you are; (a) 18 years or older, (b) a United States resident, (c) legally capable of entering into contracts, and (d) have and will register Payment Account(s) in your name in which you are an accountholder or authorized user. You agree some or all of the registration information you provide may be subject to verification by FORUM Credit Union at any time. • CU Online via desktop computer. If CU Online via desktop computer is activated for your account(s), you will establish login credentials of a username and password. In addition, a second layer of multifactor authentication will be established by the utilization of a limited use access code (sent via text or email) each time you log in. The access code is only valid for a limited time and you must have your mobile phone or email easily accessible.
Electronic Banking Service. 1. The Bank may contract with the Depositor for access to electronic banking services under the "Global Access Plus" Service Framework Agreement.
2. The Bank may contract with the Depositor for access to the electronic banking services of individuals in a Commercial Account that operates as a Doing Business As (DBA) or an unincorporated and/or associated professional who requires an account with a single signature.
3. These services may result in a charge, which are subject to amendments at the discretion of the Bank from time to time. These charges are disclosed in the Bank’s cost of services table and are available on the Bank’s official website and/or in the disclosures for each product. Wire Transfers are regulated by Regulation J, 12 CFR Part 210, Sub-part B. The Bank provides information about the terms and conditions applicable to this service and the rights and responsibilities of the Depositor under Regulation J.
1. Wire Transfers Wire transfers will be processed through the form entitled "Wire Transfer Requests or Purchase of Foreign Currency Monetary Instruments." These must comply with the terms and conditions expressed in the Service Request.
Electronic Banking Service. OSS shall utilize the system as set up per section 3.1 above to provide on-line banking services to RFCU members, and associated management services to RFCU staff.
